Returns & Exchanges

Sew + Cloth is happy to accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receiving your items. All items must be returned to Sew + Cloth in their original, unused condition and packaging. Once Sew + Cloth has received and inspected your items, Sew + Cloth will issue a refund back to the customer in original form of payment. Refunds do not include shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Defective products may include those with holes and broken zippers.

PLEASE NOTE: Our products here at Sew + Cloth are all handmade and handwoven. Therefore, there may be small blemishes, irregularities, and/or imperfections which is what makes each item unique and special. These small blemishes and imperfections are NOT considered defective.
